Fees Information

Leicester Montessori School aims to limit the additional costs for parents. At present the fees include snack/drink at morning break, hot lunch, afternoon breaks with milk, textbooks and stationery.

The Nursery Schools provide dried milk and liquid milk (which can be discussed with the Nursery Manager). Parents are required to provide their own nappies and any special creams that may be of personal preference.

Clubs are provided at no extra cost, (unless otherwise specified). Supervision until 5.30pm is offered with no additional charge.

Fees are subject to revision, the school aims to give approximately one term’s notice of any alterations made, and fees are usually adjusted once a year. The summer term is provided at no additional cost (only to our school pupils) and therefore there is no reimbursement of fees for the summer period, if the child wishes not to attend.

Sibling Discount

Parents with more than one child at the School will receive a 5% discount for the second child and any subsequent child thereafter.

Payment of Fees

Payment can be made as follows:

• In three equal payments at the start of Terms 1, 2 & 3 (Sept, Dec, and March) by Direct Debit, cash payment or even card payment.
• By Direct Debit or Credit Card over ten months, September 2015 to June 2016. No payment in July and August. The amount is debited on the first of the month.
• Annual in advance. A discount of 5% applies for annual fee payments, to be received no later than 17th of July 2015. Unfortunately this discount cannot be obtained in addition to sibling discount. Payment can be made by Direct Debit or Credit Card.

Public Examinations

Examination fees are charged per module. The appropriate fees for examinations to be charged to parents’ accounts.

Deposits

The School Regulations require that parents must pay a retainer equivalent to a month’s School fees. This retainer will be refunded when the student leaves the school. A full months’ written notice is required before removing the student from the school, in return a letter of confirmation will be sent.

Transferring Parents

For those students that are transferring during the spring term of 2015. Fees will remain the same as that of the Preparatory School until the end of the academic year.

Early Years Grants

Early years grants for those children aged between 3 and 5 are accepted at Leicester Montessori Grammar School.
